I am using the FTU kit Funky Punky by Gimptastic Scraps




Open new image 600 x 600

Select Frame 5

Image, resize making width 500 and let the height set itself

Edit, Copy Frame 5

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

With your magic wand click inside the frame

Selections, Modify, Expand by 8

Edit, copy Paper 10

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Layers, arrange, move down

Selections, Invert

Edit, clear

Selections, Select None

Select Raster 2

Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow, Settings of:
Vertical and Horizontal: 2
Opacity: 65
Blur: 5
Color: Black
Shadow on new layer NOT Checked

Edit, Copy Tube

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Image, resize 60%

Image, Mirror

Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow, Same Settings

Select Deco 3

Adjust, Color Balance, Manual Color Correction, settings of:
Manual Target Color
Source: Black
Target: White

Select Raster 3

Selections, Select All, Float, Defloat

Edit, Copy Deco 3

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Move down to the bottom to line up with frame

Selections, Invert

Edit, Clear

Selections, Select None

Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow, Same Settings

Edit, copy Wire

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Move and place on top of layer 2

Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow, Same Settings

Edit, copy Punky

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Move down to the bottom of the frame. Move it til you can place the tube on it. See my tag for placement

Move to the left and place behind the tube and below the word Punky some. See my tag for placement

Move in front of speaker

Image, rotate, free rotate, left, 20

Move to the right

Image, resize 70%

Edit, Copy Heart and Crossbones

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Place above the wire

Edit, Copy Ipod

Image, resize 50%

Move to the left of the letter P in Punky

Image, rotate, free rotate 10, left

Edit, Copy Skull 1

Move over to the left

Image, resize  50%

Move to the right and move down below the bear
